Ethics & Safety Committee

LEAPS Ethics & Safety Committee’s purpose is to help reduce the risk of injuries and illnesses to our employees and clients and to ensure the maintenance of high ethical standards in our policies and practices. Our committee ensures compliance with federal and state health, safety and ethical regulations. Our Ethics & Safety Committee meets monthly and provides ongoing staff development to employees. LEAPS committee reviews topics such as covering/monitoring COVID-19 regulations; Incident reporting; Safety Trainings; and Inclusion of various safety related topics as they arise.
