Mentorship

LEAPS provides local and distant supervision and mentorship for employees obtaining their BACB certification. Our supervisors have specialized training in supervising students enrolled in BCBA/BCaBA certification programs enabling us to continue to provide qualified personnel needed to advance the growing field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

LEAPS supervision program offers direct and indirect field work experience by highly skilled supervisors. Supervisees are trained in conducting assessments, treatment plan development, report writing, program writing and implementation, staff training and development, positive behavioral strategies, and more. Supervisees have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings in order to expand their clinical experience. Attendance at monthly group meetings and weekly individual meetings are required.
