Our Founder

Stacey Hotter-Knight

Back in 1998, I met a young boy named Tyler. His gentle nature, loving heart, and will to learn etched memories of hope, compassion and dedication to serve others into my heart. The positive impact of the therapy he received inspired me to start LEAPS and Beyond, Inc in 2013. At LEAPS, I truly am dedicated to ensuring individuals live their lives to the fullest and reach their maximum potential.

The LEAPS behavioral and educational service delivery model is thorough, and research based. We use principles of ABA to design treatment plans around individual’s needs while maintaining the compassion and respect each person deserves.

LEAPS primary focus is to increase individual achievement in the areas of academics, adaptive, social, and communication skills. I believe in the advancement of positive behavior support practices and hope to share these principles with families and communities.

LEAPS success would not be possible without the work of our exceptional staff, which includes master’s level supervisors, behavior analysts, speech and language pathologists, behavior technicians, and an amazing team of administrators.

I hope this website answers some of your questions about LEAPS and in doing so gives you optimism that success is possible.

Sincerely,

Stacey Hotter-Knight, BCBA/LBA
